According to a survey by the Economist Intelligence Unit, the capital of Papua New Guinea has beaten all-comers - again - to take a title that no city on earth would covet.
With poverty, crime, poor healthcare and a rampant gang culture, Port Moresby consistently scores highest in the unit's "hardship" table, meaning it is regarded as the worst place to live among 130 world capitals. Baghdad is not on the list.

Reclassified, depends on M16, M16-A1, M16-A2.
M16 == Automatic Rifle with full-auto and single round modes.
M16-A1 == Automatic Bursting Rifle (3 round bursts) and single round modes. Only a few minor changes makes it a an M16.
M16-A2 == Automatic Bursting Rifle (3 round bursts) and single round modes. Making a few changes to parts makes it unusable as the gas routing was changed to prevent(well harder to modify) to full auto.
Far worse things.

I always thought that the squad heavy automatic weapon
BAR, M60 were machineguns while an M16 was considered an automatic rifle.

M60 is a non-equip now a days.
the SAW (Squad Automatic Weapon) is basically a gussied up M16 with exchangeable barrels and a myriad of mounts. And a dedicated operator.
Cyclic rate of 3000 Rounds a minute, 5.56 rounds, means pretty universal.
Any case, the M60 is an Automatic Machine Gun, but then technically so is the M16.

grumble the BAR although heavy was one of the best
reach out and touch someone a 2k yards consistantly. Always wanted to be well off enough to afford one.

Well, Vancouver is not the capital of Canada either
in fact, it's not even the capital of British Columbia (the province it's in: Victoria is its capital), so while you might be able to trust the rating of the quality of life in the city, you can't depend on it as a guide to Capital Cities Of The World.
