Very interesting combination of topics. :-D

Be happy they're apparently not [link|http://www.bugspray.com/articles98/ladybugs.html|Lady Bugs]. A friend had an infestation of those in his house for a while - his were a yellowish color rather than the usual red. They apparently hadn't eaten in a while and were hungry. They bite when they're that hungry.

At least she didn't find that Scarab beetle that hungry. :-)
