New Snow, what's that?
Sunny and mid-70s here. :-)

Cheers,

I have come to believe that idealism without discipline is a quick road to disaster, while discipline without idealism is pointless. -- Aaron Ward (my brother)
New Yeah yeah yeah, wimp. ;)
-10 last night. That's about fifteen to you guys. Except maybe you, of course.

New Time to pull out your winter pjs.

New What are you talking about?
The last time I wore PJs was over twenty years ago.

It's all about the blankets, baby.

New What happens if you have to get up
in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom? Dont you freeze?
Follow your MOUSE
New No. It's not like I live in an igloo. Besides,
I pretty much never have to get up in the middle of the night to hit the loo; only on those nights when I have a great deal of antifreeze in me does that ever happen.

I typically live in around 18°; that'd be about 65 for you folks, and it's not freezing. It's not even particularly cold to my mind.

Dealing with the cold is like Lawrence said: the trick is not minding. If you work outside all day in the wintertime (which I've done quite a bit of), your legs will probably end up down around fifteen-twenty degrees rather than the 37 one would normally expect. But, it's not painful, it's not debilitating, and after you get used to how it feels to have part of your body (but not the core part!) drop to that temperature it doesn't really bother you very much either. Bit hard on the bed partner when you climb on in and be the ice pack, is all.

New same here
had the top down for the drive from Houston to Bandera(40 minutes past San Antonio). Was a little hard-of-hearing after that, so fit right in with my grandparents :-)
