I agree the meetings should have been open to the public
but letting environmentalists set energy policy is like allowing fundamentalist christians dictate science in the classrooms, it may look pretty and fit together but doesnt work worth a damn.
Let the energy suppliers/producers/exploratory/resellers build the policy then let the whackjobs loose on it.
