"Generally speaking, marriage should be for love," he said. "People who don't marry for love will find themselves in trouble." People who marry for love also find themselves in trouble. We should all marry for money and be done with it. Next time around I'm gonna find me an obscenely rich old man with a heart condition...yeah, that's the ticket...

Nope
The job described is a diener. See [link|http://health.howstuffworks.com/autopsy4.htm|http://health.howstu....com/autopsy4.htm] for an overview of what one does.
Basically a pathologist costs a lot, so it is cost effective to have someone cheaper there to do some of the grunt work.
If you want good money fast from medicine, though, be a model for medical students. The pay is very good, but be warned that you'll earn it. (They need someone to practice rectal and genital exams on...)

I know someone who did that...
the problem was that she couldn't help herself, she took care of him as best as she can, and when she left him he was in better health than when they got together. (But she still got a generous settlement because he was grateful - she saved his life and he knows it.)
Cheers, Ben
