Headcount. Who's coming?
And who, besides Peter and SO and Imric will be needed to find a spot somewhere around my humble abode to crash?
Folkert already has dibs on the celibacy chair.
I may need to invest in a couple of tents this year:-)

We are
Me, wife, 11yo, 1.5yo.
Ostensibly, "we" are staying in a hotel. However, I'm planning on dropping them off Saturday nightish and crashing at your place after the party, which means bringing the autoinflate camp mattress and the infamous walking sleeping bag.
We're getting in Friday sometime and staying through Wednesday in order to see things around Philly, like the Crayola factory and Sesame Place. If anyone else plans on those as well then we should coordinate.

Since you'll be in the area
Try to go to Giggleberry Fair in Lahaska, PA if you have the time. About an hour from Philly.
[link|http://www.peddlersvillage.com/pages/giggle_mountain.php|http://www.peddlersv...ggle_mountain.php]
It's great fun- especially Gigglebery Mountain, which is a huge ball room with guns, cannons, ball fountains, multi-levels,etc. You'll like it as much as the kids will.

Philly
Has some large scale plans for the Independence Day weekend.
[link|http://www.americasbirthday.com/|http://www.americasbirthday.com/]
Plan on spending at least one of the days on Independence Mall taking a horse drawn carriage tour and seeing Liberty Bell....these things now require ticketing in the AM (thanks Osama and George)

Firmed up plans
We're at the Wyndham in Mount Laurel from the 1st through the 6th. It's a bit further than I was hoping to get, but it's the only suite I could find at this point.
Baby + 10 yr. old == need a suite.
Full kitchen too, so that's nice. We can save some on food.
