I have DSL, connected to my Airport Extreme base station, which acts as a NAT/DHCP/Wireless bridge box for my home LAN. We used to have a 900 MHz phone and didn't have a problem. (Doesn't mean that said problems don't exist, though.)
I agree with an earlier suggestion to get a switch, though. I was having problems (low data rates) using a hub on the wired segment of the network and when I replaced it with a switch, I got significant improvement. Besides, switches are getting really cheap these days.
