Went to my wife's mom's place for Thanksgiving. I'll say this, her mom knows How To Cook.
First off, we had a Turkey. A GOOOOOOOOD turkey. Mmmmmmmm... Stuffin' too.
Then on to all the "traditional" trappings that come with a Filipino thanksgiving - lumpia (spring rolls), adobo, langanisa, sutanong, and about six other dishes I can't pronounce, along with king crab and dungeoness crab, and some smoked salmon.
Man, oh man, did I make out with the leftovers. I shouldn't have to cook for the rest of the WEEK!
