New Re: Ignorance attack: What's grieven?
Grieven is chicken or turkey skin, slowly
fried in it's own grease, kind of like bacon,
until nothing is left except crisp fat with
a coating of crisp skin.

Think pork rinds, yet make from chicken
or turkey. When done, the texture starts
as crispy yet melts in your mouth.

It's incredible when done right.
New Sounds... healthy! :)
Might see if I can give that a go at Christmas, which is usually the one time a year we have turkey.
On and on and on and on,
and on and on and on goes John.
New Drooool
Ooh, I have to make some.
