Welcome to IWETHEY!

New Who could ever eat that?
And not want to throw up afterwards?

Recently, I had a Burger King thing with bacon and cheese. It was moderately tasty, but it made me feel profoundly green for the rest of the day. Every time I burped, it was there.

On the plus side, both Burger King and McDonald's seem to do a decent-ish cup of coffee these days.

Note to self: when dragged into fast food joint, have salad and coffee. Eat properly later.

New Me
I can eat about a lb of beef (cooked, goes to about 3/4 of a lb), bacon, and cheese. I'll feel heavy for about an hour, but not sick.

On the other hand, I had something that did not agree with me for lunch yesterday.

3PM I was throwing up.

I was at the office.

I spent the next hour in hall by the bathroom, did not want to go too far.

I was sitting or lying in fetal, shivering, an awful site.

People kept aksing me stupid questions, like:
Are you all right?

I could barely speak, I was weak, and I just wanted to wait it out.

But they kept persisting. Wanted to take me to the hospital, etc. I had about 2 dozen conversation that could be summed up with:

Are you OK?
No, but don't worry, leave me alone.

I was about to write it on a sign.

The boss' secretary, a "mom" type, told him to drive me home. We left about 1/2 hour early. The ride is an hour and he lives about 5 miles from me.

I was fine by the end of the ride. I would rather have stayed in the hallway and waitied for it to pass, then spend the final hour in the car, but I could not say no to her.
New Your colon must hate you.

Um...Check the caloric and other dietary information on those salads you're talking about getting. Beth (my SO) has been trying to lose some weight lately, and she has looked at said information for those special McDipshit's nights with the kids. Turns out that some of their salads have more fat and calories than a Big Mac. Same goes for the Taco Salads at Taco Hell.

It's just that we think "It's got greens! Must be good!" And they're playing to that, but adding so much cheese and other shit on the salads that they're making it worse for you than anyone would think.

New Oh, you have to be careful.
Specifically, omit the dressing. That's where the lardy factor is highest. Over here, both BK and McD are making big noises about the low calorie count of their current grilled chicken salads.

New I eat fast food infrequently.
Two that I know that work for me is McDonald's Cheeseburger Meal, usually with an extra burger, and KFC's Bacon & Cheese Fillet Burger Meal. But I try fairly hard to leave at least a week between visits to either. My preferred "fast" food is a sandwich or a sausage roll. I don't like Burger King (which is called Hungry Jacks down unda).

Actually, it's pizza that usually does me in. Some Pizza Hut pizzas are way too greasy and this doesn't work for me. I almost always prefer the McCain frozen pizzas from the supermarket.

Yes, McDonald's do a decent cup of coffee. Even in those places where there's a McCafe, which I usually avoid.
