New Fried bologna sandwiches.
If you've never had...you must.

Also, pork roll. Relatively new to me...I had never heard of it till moving to jersey. (as with scrapple)...but Taylor Pork Roll is the stuff of gods.

If you push something hard enough, it will fall over. Fudd's First Law of Opposition

New Yum....
You've just reminded me that I really need to find some pork roll out here in Chicagoland.

So, there's this place in Hillsborough, NJ. They make a sandwich called a "Slider." 5 slices of fried (not deep-fried, but fried on a griddle) pork roll. 2-3 slices of melted cheese. One fried egg. Put it on a croissant, or a kaiser bun. Heaven.

New Slider?? Oh GOD...
White Castle Sliders.

How many can/do you eat at a setting?

I REALLLLLY like the Jalapeno Cheese Versions.

To bad I have to drive an hour to get them.

Well not really, 20 is the maximum I have eaten at one time... a few years back.

I did a 10K wheelchair race once. The NTMFAC
who pushed me still has the whip-marks.
New The real question is...
how many can you eat and not shit them out within the hour? In Chicago, White Castles aren't called "The Meat That Boogies" for nothing.

New And you wonder why they call them Sliders?
Two reasons:

1. They slide in your mouth easily.
2. They slide farther than you think.

New Wish you hadn't reminded me of fried bologna sandwitches.
That exploits my weakness for processed pig parts.
