11. I don't agree, The Corilolis doesn't cause this. Most sinks, tub and toilets are designed to cause one way or the other. Mainly to speedup draining and scouring (similar to riverbed scouring). I have a tub the does Counter-Clockwise when it is completely Clean (no soap-scum on the side or hair in the drain), and goes Clockwise when there is a significant amount of Hair in the Drain (From 3 persons in the house with longer hair than I have)

16. I don't agree, depends on the design. I have seen Fans which rotate both ways, clockwise and counter-clock wise. Matter of fact I have installed stacked dual fan setups with each fan going opposite rotation to help cancel noise.
