It is very rare if I even have two sugar sodas. And I'm 270+ pounds. But my weakness is bread and all things breaded. Cheese, etc. I'm actually trying to get back down to 250, then possibly to 225, but my plan is exercise and try to follow Weight Watchers program. At least it's a balanced diet. And that means less bread and more veggies for me. I would probably go mad on Atkins. Glen Austin
