New no blame here....
...not trying to focus so much on IDEs as much as when
code editors are more effective. I have to leave my own
opinion out of this. However, I will say that I do like
some of the Borland tools.

Will add Ultraedit and (x)wpe....thanks!

Can I quote you on your comment re: MS IDEs? :-)
