Borland C had an IDE that was not only not a pain in the butt, but was a perfect, advanced interface to C on the PC. Now, yes, MS IDEs are horrible. But, they are MS. Everything they do is bloated, stupid, and ugly. But don't blame the idea of IDEs. You missed Ultraedit and (x)wpe. -drl

However, I will say that I do like some of the Borland tools. Will add Ultraedit and (x)wpe....thanks! Can I quote you on your comment re: MS IDEs? :-) -Slugbug
