Then you get the use of their funds through the billing cycle (they still rake off from the merchants - so they don't dislike the fast-payers as much as some make out..) All I know fershure is - anyone who maintains a rotating balance at 20+ percent with THIS Prime Rate - has failed the IQ test (or is living in perpetual Emergency, as.. only sometimes is unavoidable).
