BTW didn't Microsoft own [link|http://www.snap.com/|http://www.snap.com/] which was a search engine at one time? But now it points to NBCi? Did they sell it? Or am I confused over who owned it?

With Longhorn being made, [link|http://z.iwethey.org/forums/render/content/show?contentid=93211|Windows is doomed?] Longhorn will have a version of SQL Server 2003 built in and will need a master server to work with. What if Microsoft makes the default search of Longhorn go to Microsoft's search engine?

Most likely Microsoft may have to buy out another company like it did when it bought out Hotmail when it needed a web email company.
