Possibilities of Dell info noted, re NT and other drivers. I'd disqualify self (esp. re advanced graphics choices) except that she's trying to do some non-profit things re the status of animal treatment by 'shelters' and govt. agencies in US, of a practical sort. So I'll manage what I can and at least vet any recommendations made by the graphics/video gurus.
