Probably impossible to compile anything like a full list of names. But even if we used the Vietnamese equivalents of "John (or Jane) Doe," a quick calculation suggests that a similarly-proportioned wall would have to be two miles long and seventy feet high at its center point. So yeah, let bygones be bygones: snark!

Damn straight this country needs to face up to its atrocities past and ongoing. It never has. Regarding Vietnam, the USA looks back on the conflict with a mixture of self-pity and belligerent Dolchstoßlegende.
