Those of us who marched about, in Berkeley, in SF etc. Had done our homework du jour; that pic of the napalmed young girl (whenever that did first appear)
--kinda Said It All, for any so obtuse as never to have considered What, in fact >We Were Doing< ... out of sight / out of mind.

Anyone who has collected only random factoids about that Odious War.. misses the point of What-exactly: Murica had [already] become and--for too bloody many, still too bored to ever review those days
