Good. Anything to reduce the Xmas Decorations Arms Race is a good thing.

In fact, I'd support this tax if it were 15% in December, 30% in November, 50% in October, and 150% in September.

And I'd extend it to all Xmas decorations.

Your numbers are a little off; I'd say 15% in December, 60% in November, 200% in October, and the death penalty in September hey, as long as we still have it, we may as well use it for the good of society...
