That's the command line you could use to download and install the RPM file from that particular server.

New As much as I hate to say it, one point to Microsoft:
Infernal Exploiter breaks the line on one of the many hyphens in it.

(Too bad not all over-long lines people post here are guaranteed to have hyphens in tem.)
