Coming back she is telling me that Muslims are buying out towns and making them nogo areas for non muslims, is she repeating crap or is that actually happening? 49 fucking quid for a round trip train ticket from stockton to newcastle? My plane ticket from Frankfurt to London (Stansted, I believe) was in the neighborhood of €100. Give or take. Then, my train ticket (sitting-or-standing, as available, definitely not reserved-seating) from London to Middlesbrough was on the order of £250. Now, I'll grant that London to Middlesbrough is not a short trip. 3 hours or so by multiple trains. But ISTR that train travel out there is not subsidized by the federal government, as it is here. Small, independent newsagents, fast food takeaways and low end retail is only a take over to the bigoted. Gangs do exist in a few places but this is simply unintegrated, young men being unintegrated, young men. No go areas? Is this some bigot blaming the Asians for the usual, less-safe areas? You're more likely to be assaulted by drunk, white young men and women these days. She must have hung around the elderly as her rant is behind the times. The Polish are the new wave of immigrants.
