First, create a subfolder in your personal folders that contains the desired emails.
Next, highlight the folder in question.
Then go to File, choose Import and Export, select Export to a file, pick Microsoft Excel (or Access or whatever), and then verify the desired folder is selected.

Continue with naming the file, etcetera. Open the resulting file in appropriate app and see if the contents are usable.

I haven't tried this in a while but I know it used to work.
