SWMBO got a copy for nowt from somewhere. I tried to read it, but the writer just never got around to making any kind of point, although there was an awful lot of "why I wrote this book", aka "padding". Utterly pointless.

After a couple of chapters, I went back to The Long Dark Tea Time Of The Soul.
