BTW, which version of the Installer are you using? There is a new one created everyday. Plus the Release Candidates.

if you wan't the e-mail addresses as All debian lists are open, make sure you say "please CC me, I am not subscribed" if you don't subscribe.

Thing they will need to know:

Architecture: Sparc, x86, Alpha, etc.
Motherboard Chipsets
Raid Controllers models and firmware versions
Debian-Installer Version (for sarge) and where it was retrieved from
Process to repeat the problem, if repeatable
An open mind to some words that might be deemed at a bit harsh, they just need and want the facts.

Not a comprehensive list, but it should get you something.
