Debian-User for Woody though it being enhanced might null it.
You should stick with the Sarge install...
BTW, which version of the Installer are you using? There is a new one created everyday. Plus the Release Candidates.

if you wan't the e-mail addresses as All debian lists are open, make sure you say "please CC me, I am not subscribed" if you don't subscribe.

Thing they will need to know:
- Architecture: Sparc, x86, Alpha, etc.
- Motherboard Chipsets
- Raid Controllers models and firmware versions
- Debian-Installer Version (for sarge) and where it was retrieved from
- Process to repeat the problem, if repeatable
- An open mind to some words that might be deemed at a bit harsh, they just need and want the facts.
