New Predictable MS feature set
Standard MS Upgrade Marketing Slogan: It sucks less than it used to. (Though sometimes they manage to even screw up that feature).

New From what little I've seen on the subject...
...the features all seem related to spyware and malware.

Speaking of which, the popup blocker on the XP SP2 should not have blocked sites from using IFRAMES within a page. An IFRAME is not a popup - it's just a place within the current window.
