Welcome to IWETHEY!

New A pinch (1/8 t) is too much.
A pinch is 9.5 drops according to [link|http://www.askthemeatman.com/measurement_conversion_calculato1.htm|this]. But it's not a liquid, so that doesn't help much....

One could simply use pre-measured packets like [link|http://nowfoods.com/?action=itemdetail&item_id=16490|these] (from the original link). ;-)

Cheers,
Scott.
New No no... too stochastic...
In the sense I meant it, depending on the recipe, it could be just a tiny bit between the thumb and forefinger, or half a handful.
When I curl my hand, it makes a depression that holds a teaspoon. When I open my hand more it becomes a tablespoon. If you have to be anal about measurement, use aliquot portions and things will usually work out. Unless you're baking, in which case all bets are off.
