milked a cow(manually or auto)-- Nope
churned butter by hand (blender doesnt count)--I did ice cream, but not butter.
have read by a candle or kerosene -- Yep, in a power failure.
split wood -- You mean with an Axe? Yes.
sailed a boat -- Nope
roll over a kyak -- Nope
ridden a horse -- Yep, but only in a horse-back ride setting.
ridden a bull -- Nope
and made their own beer wine and hard likker. -- Nope
