Just imagine all the (few) genuinely wise people you have encountered briefly.. in life. And you're just One person. How could what you suggest happen?

IF.. our fucked system actually could tolerate real competence. (If we did not reward so highly - its opposite; even Lionize the Perps!)
IF.. we actually meant what we claim we Stand For, or lie to our kids - that we do.
IF.. Corporate power, the New Scourge of Humanity, were summarily divorced from "personhood" - and a firewall built between
Corporate and || Congress / Court / Presidency / Press - the Fourth Estate.

YESSSS!



None of which is possible until:
We can again elect representatives of (the many factions of) the people who live here. Re-Respect Language, thus permit honest and full *debate*.
Dis-elect representatives of largest Donors / inevitably Corporate in spirit or in fact. Remember RHIP? Left-over from Kings.

This needs reform of HOW people are elected; no one has an answer to the conundrum that: the lackeys must FIRST dis-elect Themselves. As of 2003.

Neither do I. The Constitution recommends.. nay Makes It A Duty: to revolt when a government fails to honor Constitutional principles. The President takes an oath to uphold the Constitution. WELLLLL?
Ditto the USSC - who also may be impeached, individually.




Meanwhile, all you or I or anyone can 'do' - is Wing It. It sure as hell ain't gonna fix itself; only real == voting citizens can begin a lengthy process. Won't happen in my lifetime.

But IF soon, the policies of the present illicit admin should cause a -critical mass- of the World to despise us: it MAY NOT happen at all. Your children will live in a quite different world. In that Brave New World (as my dear cohort Thea used to observe) -
