Agree fully with Alex's point re Dier Yassin. This single attack triggered the panic and mass flight of the ancestors of the three main refugee camps in Lebanon & the Jews (along with Irgun commander & chief tactitian Begin) knew damned well the effect it would produce.

I am happy to debate Dier Yassin with you. It was one of the truly evil Israeli deeds of the fight for independance.
