...but there are 4 different guidance systems on a Tomahawk. DSMAC uses imagery and is not the primary guidance system in use any longer. GPS guidance is more often used...and you are correct in your calculations (of course).

There are also [link|http://abcnews.go.com/sections/scitech/US/iraq_tomahawk030320.html|several upgrades] supposedly in use in Iraq...one of which is the addition of live target video from cruise missiles.

They are certainly doing bomb damage assessment now...we'll see what they say when that is completed.
