Welcome to IWETHEY!

New Govts that will be winners & losers of an Iraq screw-up
Losers:
Bush will emulate Dad as '1 term Dubya'
Australian govt - Howard could well be ousted
Israel's Sharon will have serious worries
Italy's PM could go down
UK's Blair is already in deep doo-doo, bound to go
(Per another of Jake's posts) Spain PM might end up in trouble

Winners:
France's Chirac
Perhaps Germany's Schroeder
UN
'Old' Europe

Not Sure:
Russia's Putin (he might get some benefit)
China's Hu Jintao (can't see it impacting him)

The big issue post Iraq is who will get the lion's share of the contracts to

1) Repair oil infrastructure if it is damaged
2) To develop the oil potential & on-sell it
