It's about time we got results from the hunt for al Qaida...
leadership. No question that these folks are a threat to the US security. Looks like $25M well spent.

Not "gained nothing".
But what we "gained" cost us far far more than other options would have.
And those "gains" were not as complete as we would have had with other options.
Example, you want to buy a car. Would you pay $100,000 for a beat up '76 Gremlin that will go 5,000 miles before the engine blows?
You'd still have "gained" those 5,000 miles.
But you'd still be an idiot for spending that much on that little.
Besides, now it seems that the person that they claim has been captured hasn't been the person they claimed he was.
Does that change YOUR position.
