He posted it to the Free Software Business list (I saw it there\r\nbefore I caught it here). After reading about a third of it, I shot a\r\nURL and strong endorsement to Robin Miller of NewsForge, who sounded\r\nlike he'd already seen it, as well as La Reg (haven't heard back from\r\nthem). Jon Corbet reads FSB directly and probably picked it up from\r\nthere on his own.
