Still, I hope to have a full copy for review and distribution tomorrow. Time permitting, I may attempt to feed it to some OCR software--assuming there's something out there that can process scanned PDF. cordially, "Die Welt ist alles, was der Fall ist."

Ever notice how a new, higher level of "alert status" is called for when the "Administration" wants to do something dodgy (or when the Resident's popularity or trust factor begins to wane)?
