what are the philly folks eating for dinner?
since the game is about 1/2 way during dinner time. Around here is fried salmon filets, canned beef stew for the fish allergic and st pauli girl with cuba libra's reserved for the oakland game. also checked dates on fresh oysters which are 1/19 so hoping for a 2fer sale on those so I can have poboys, skip the farmed salmon they sell around here. I would love to see a Gruden vs Gruden team at the Sbowl but am realistic, it could well be philly and oakland. thanx, bill

How about Ronde Barber?
plus Tampa's two long drives in the first half (starting from 4 yard line & 20 yard line) were pretty impessive.
Looks like Chuckie was worth all that $$$ and draft choices.

Can't figure out...
...where Philly's coach's head was in the 1st half...
They got there by spreading the field early and running down the gut late...no shots down the field on the early drives. 1st play after the pick in the 1st half should've been a home run ball...but instead...3 STRAIGHT RUNS???
Chuckie called a great game...Reid was an idiot...plain and simple...this was the most obvious >outcoaching< example I've ever watched.

Was it just my imagination ...
I didn't watch the game. (Not enough of a sports fan, and I had relatives visiting from out-of-state.) But in the coverage on the evening news, it looked like after McNabb was picked off inside the 10, he barely jogged after the guy who picked him, who then went for a TD IIRC.
Now I've never played in the NFL, but I have to think if I were just picked off inside the 10 in a playoff game I'd be busting my ass to run the guy down myself.

Yeah, well...
I'm just a few time zones off right now... (Taipei, Taiwan.)
I won't even get to watch the Super Bowl. Matter of fact, kick-off time is usually like 5:20 pm Eastern Time. That's 8:20 am Monday morning. Happy happy, joy joy.
