It sickens me to do it to anyone, but I have learned the hard way that sometimes you need to write someone off. (I was a stubborn mule, but that lesson eventually was deivered to me in a way that I couldn't ignore...) Until further notice I have written him off, but I would love to have a decent reason to re-evaluate that decision. It's not up to us. On the other hand, sometimes "tough love" is the best approach to take. It is sure that arguing with him when he was in one of his fits didn't do much good. And those fits (whatever might be causing them) had been more frequent and of greater severity of late.

Has been known for 20+ years. I dont have a cure but when Norm posts in tech areas asking tech questions answer technically. If he goes off elsewhere stay mum unless you are being quoted as saying something ou need to clarify. He is a man who is getting by as we all are, sometimes better sometimes worse. Post #61,784 by wharris2 11/7/02 11:46:55 PM Reply	I know the feeling I was prescribed a drug (Diazepam, a version of Valium) that I didn't know was such, and as soon as I learned that I discontinued it. (Fortunately it was before I got hooked on it.) Never put complete trust in a doctor. That stuff messed me up enough as it was, even in the short time I was taking it.
