Drier Climate....

When you look at your socialist country idea, you might consider one with a very dry climate. If you're looking at France, stay away from the coast!

One thing I have found is that I have sinus problems in any climate that has more than about 25 inches of rain per year.

When I visit Colorado, New Mexico, or West Texas ( Lubbock, Amarillo, El Paso ) my sinuses clear out and I feel much better. Too bad I can't seem to find any jobs in the region that pay well.

Finally, I've heard theories that our diesel and gas pollution actually contribute to asthma in the major metropolitan areas. Diesel is especially bad because of the dust generated by the exhaust.
