Her HMO supplied doc always blew off her complaints and said she was just getting a "low grade cold" all the time. She finally switched doctors on my advice and got one who actually investigated the complaints. Bingo. Allergic to cat dander. Not a chance in hell of her getting rid of her cat so she went for the shots. Started out as 2 shots a week for 3 months, then once a week for 4 months then one very other week and so on.
