The problem is meaningless comments, or worthless comments. Basic coments saying the purpose of the routine/function/subroutine/class seem to be a lost art.. That's probably true in the smalltalk/Objective C/Common Lisp world as well as in C/C++. French Zombies are zapping me with lasers!
