That said - there's not much there in the dossier that wasn't already known.

New Don't buy it
Even the text-only versions of the document retain the "see figure 1"...."see figure 2" references. They're kinda hard to miss if you are making any serious
attempt to read it.

For the record, the BBC site states:
"This is a text-only version of the dossier. Certain elements including images have been removed for ease of use on some computers. The text remains the same as published."

New I've just read it.
There's nothing in the dossier that wasn't already known. It's a rehash of claims with very little evidence outside of past well-known atrocities.

I'm no fan of Saddam Hussein... but I don't feel our government should be willing to risk Canadian lives on the strength of that.
