Same with the BBC's [link|http://news.bbc.co.uk/nol/shared/spl/hi/middle_east/02/uk_dossier_on_iraq/html/full_dossier.stm"| "Dossier Contents" ]
However, the PDF file [link|http://news.bbc.co.uk/nol/shared/spl/hi/middle_east/02/uk_dossier_on_iraq/pdf/iraqdossier.pdf| [link|http://news.bbc.co.uk/nol/shared/spl/hi/middle_east/02/uk_dossier_on_iraq/pdf/iraqdossier.pdf|http://news.bbc.co....qdossier.pdf] ] does carry pictures which is what I think Mike is laughing about.
That said - there's not much there in the dossier that wasn't already known.
Even the text-only versions of the document retain the "see figure 1"...."see figure 2" references. They're kinda hard to miss if you are making any serious attempt to read it.
For the record, the BBC site states: "This is a text-only version of the dossier. Certain elements including images have been removed for ease of use on some computers. The text remains the same as published."
