Now as to what the plan for dismantling the SS Home Security Czar's apparatchiks might be.. it would surely involve some testosterone-level tests, also vetoes on their requisitions for

A) Black patent leather boots
B) Sword belts and epaulettes
C) Facilities for promoting marching bands with a large contingent of tubas and hunting horns
D) Restored Mercedes SSKLs with blackout headlights and fender flags with dual lightning strokes
E) Funding of Youth groups (and the suggested 1" video cameras for weekly summaries of parent conversations)

..OK that's enough before breakfast. After lunch, we go on to -

Okay, I'm willing to give up the marching bands, cameras, youth groups and epaulettes....
