Welcome to IWETHEY!

New I'm not a fan of Rupert Murdoch...
but there are elements I like about this notion.

I would imagine that the political parties (both of them) would hate this system though.

Ah, but to dream.
New Oooohh, you shoulda heard CNN's "Capitol Gang" rip it!

New WTF for?
No really, what's their complaint? I'd be willing to bet it boils down to, "Oh it's so lowbrow. That's like letting Jerry Springer pick a candidate." Well you know what? More poeple watched Jerry Springer at his show's height than voted in the last election. And they watched for a half-hour every day. How much total time was spent by the electorate paying attention to the presidential compaign.

I swear the more I hear who's bashing the idea the more I like it.

New We'd know who'd be the "popular" choice. :)
New The American Idol winner?

New proof we should do it
when those inbred backcrossing double stabbers dont like the idea it shows the has merit. Most washington insiders feel they should be running the government because we plebians havnt got a clue. News for them we could replace civilian in govt including the CIC with people out of the bars, jails and welfare rolls and probably be better off than we are.
thanx,
