You don't think that it's a real game simply because you're playing an expansion team.
David Carr showed me last night that he's advanced beyond his years (doubtful, as the same has been expected of many other rookie QBs (Ryan Leaf, anyone?), and they've failed)...OR that Dallas didn't take him too seriously. Yeah, sure, he got sacked like 6 or 7 times, but that's more the fault of his offiensive line than his own.
I think Dallas figured that they could just breeze right past "that expansion team" and were looking ahead to their "real" Week Two opponent. Wrong. Especially given that Dom Capers is the coach of the Texans.
Emmitt was flat. And Quincy Carter was the second-best QB on the field. Both of those are Not Good[TM] when you're playing an expansion team.
