I just got back home, and booted up the Laptop with the Ethernet card to my DSL/LAN, and I was able to send the mail, no mods needed. The [link|http://www.address.com|Address.com] ISP that my father uses, apparently blocks the SMTP port, or at least the network they use in Branson, MO (UU.NET?) does. But for $9.95 a month, with POP3/SMTP access being an extra, what do you expect? My father only uses the web mail part, doesn't need POP3/SMTP access. I expect that they block port 25 because of spammers using their network? Maybe they unblock it if POP3/SMTP access is bought? I can still; however, read my POP3 accounts from telocity.com and yahoo.com on the ISP, I just can't send using them!
