I was in the middle of experimenting more on them when the heart attack struck. It came with extreme diarrhea. I wondered if the under-cooked eggs had anything to do with that, and sort of lost my appetite for the eggs.
Recently I got an explanation for the diarrhea from a cardiologist, not my cardiologist who is very competent but a bit sparse with words. So I may go back to messing with these eggs some more.
Main problem with these eggs is that it takes a fair amount of experience (and careful recording of times and conditions) to get them right.
