He's got unlimited franking service He gets to mail as much as he wants to whoever he wants with no limitation with the exception of it has to be non-political. This means every single commercial venture possible through the mail is free to him. If he focuses on the commercial mailing industry he could be a trillionaire in a couple of years. He would wipe out all competition. Any product where moving it through the postal system is a substantial portion of the price will be undercut by his competing product. Lots and lots of very small things add up to an incredible amount of money.
