Apparently I've become a bit of a star on the ICU as my rapid recovery is close to unprecedented. I had the operation Thursday morning and they kicked me out of ICU and onto the street on Monday morning. I've been staying at my Mom's (and yes, picking fights with the fascists on twitter) since then. Twitterspatting has a lot more to do with the crushing tedium of being in a hospital. So far so good, and still off the ciggies so that's going all right so far. Got a long row ahead but that's okay because it sure beats the alternative. Hope everyone's doing well; I'm gonna go get caught up on the rest of the threads. Cheers!
